The Challenge

Imagine having to juggle multiple systems for customer relationship management (CRM), sales and marketing. This can lead to information being scattered across different systems, duplication of effort and wasted time switching between systems. Therefore, simplifying these processes is essential for efficiency and a streamlined approach.



The objective of this project was to overhaul the current product, aiming to enhance user experience, optimize features, and ultimately broaden market reach while improving customer retention.

Process

The platform's lack of consistency and poor information architecture make it challenging for users to navigate. Our research reveals that over 85% abandon the platform within a week. We need a streamlined and user-friendly design for better retention and satisfaction.




After collaborative brainstorming sessions with the product team, stakeholders, and customer interviews, distinct themes have surfaced, highlighting key areas of opportunity. Specifically, structural enhancements, improved information grouping, and heightened discoverability factors.

I built a comprehensive design system aimed at unifying the user experience across more than 15 features. This system enables us to utilize elements strategically, ensuring a cohesive and unified look and feel throughout the entirety of our platform.

The Results

Following the overhaul of our current product, we successfully elevated the user experience, fine-tuned features for optimal performance, and significantly expanded our market reach, all while bolstering customer retention.
